I am a video-editor and digital creator based in Stuttgart. In recent years, I have primarily focused on editing TV Documentaries for ARD, SWR, and ARTE. Since 2019 i am producing professional Reels.
From 2007 to 2014, i worked as a video editor for ARD in their Mexico City studio. What was meant to be just two years turned into nearly seven of very meaningful years of my life.
During the 1990s and 2000s, I worked on projects for renowned clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Daimler-Chrysler, Porsche, IBM, Expo 2000, Telekom, and many others. Through these experiences, I honed my skills in compositing and motion graphic design.
Mexico became a part of me—I still feel deeply connected to the country, its rich culture, and its wonderful people.
I can hardly think of another country with such a strong and unique identity.
Through my work with ARD, I had the chance to travel quite a bit. I’ve been to Haiti several times — including right after the devastating earthquake in 2010. I was in Honduras during the military coup in 2009, and in countries like Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Cuba, where crisis seems to be a constant. All of these experiences and impressions have profoundly influenced my worldview and shaped me as a person.
